The answer is.........NO!! Read the fine prints ! It says by following a healthy diet plan & proper exercise regime!
We always wanted to see the miraculous claims they stated on the front "Lose 10lbs in 1 week" or "Drop a stone in 14 days" But have you turn the box and read the fine prints? It says to follow a healthy diet plan and "results may vary" !
This stuffs does has its effects and it can give you a very minimal edge in your quest to lose fats. But only at a very minimal rate.
So should I pop these pills ? My answer is YES ! If you can afford them, just to have that slight advantage but never treating it as a miracle pill. Remember I posted that losing weight is "simple maths" ?
Just follow your diet & workout as planned and take these pills as prescribed in the labels , not overdoing it. There are different kind of diet pills : Appetite Suppressants , Fat Burners , Fat Blockers , Carb Blockers , Ephedra Diet Pills , Stimulant-Free Diet Pills , Diuretic Diet Pills etc. Just read up on them before deciding which kind should you consume & also get doctor's advice.
