Food & Information Labels

Understand the food that your putting into your mouth. Start reading food labels , understand how much protein, fibre, carbs, fats, calories you're consuming . Don't ever eat till you're full ! If you're feeling full, your overeating !! Quit most fizzy canned drinks, in fact quit all if you can help it. Drink lots of plain old WATER !! Lots of it !!
Healthy Foods

Choose your food wisely. Eating vegetables and tofu whole day doesn't mean your healthy ! Our body is not meant to be a herbivore ! We need meat(Protein) for most of our bodily functions such as muscle repair, hair and nail growth, Carbohydrates(complex) for energy and vegetables for nutrients and fiber(colon health) and healthy oils.

So how much food is enough ? I shall give you a estimated basic daily doses of food.

Normal folks : 0.5gm protein per pound body weight, 25gm fiber, carbohydrates from complex carbs, good oils(eg olive oil, rice bran oil), women about 1500calories , men about 2000 calories depending on lifestyle.
Folks trying to build mass(Muscles) : min 1gm protein per pound body weight, increase carbohydrate intake, around 3000 calories depending on body types and training intensity.
