Drink Water !

Tips For Weight LossDrink a full glass of water before you start every single meal and another full glass of water in between. This will make you feel fuller faster even before you finishes everything on the plate. Only water , not colas , not tea , not coffee , soft drinks etc, just plain old water. This is the other man's best friend , other than our canine pals.

And leave those unfinished food on the dishes. Don't force yourself to finish it.
