Benefits of eating less

Weight Loss TipsOn previous post, I mentioned on eating smaller portions. I'm gonna list out the benefits that follows:


  1. After some time, your stomach gets smaller. You will then eat much lesser to feel full. This will help maintain weight in the long term.
  2. You feel be more focus & energetic for the whole day when you eat lesser. Notice why the zoo never feed the animals a large portion ? It makes the animal full & feel lethargic which will make it going back to sleep off the heavy meal. And visitors had nothing to see except sleeping animals. Humans have the same effect. Notice that you feel sleepy in office after a heavy lunch?
  3. You can eat more meals now (balanced small meals please) ! And still eat below the required calories.
