Out of every 10 friends I asked , 8 would say they got no time for workout. 2 would say "arrh, forget it ! Its not gonna change anything, I'm not gonna lose weight". These are 2 reasons I had stopped asking anybody to go to the gym or a short run.![]() |

- You could do leg raise while watching TV
- Stretch to touch your toes to improve flexibility while watching TV
- Do some ab crunch on your bed before you sleep
- Some push ups upon waking up in the morning
- Find a bag near you, stuff a few big books in and start working on your biceps/triceps
- And as many more as your imagination could take you
Every little workout count. It is your 1st baby steps towards a healthier you , cheers !
