No Time ? BullShit !

Weight LossOut of every 10 friends I asked , 8 would say they got no time for workout. 2 would say "arrh, forget it ! Its not gonna change anything, I'm not gonna lose weight".  These are 2 reasons I had stopped asking anybody to go to the gym or a short run.

Are you 1 of those listed above ? If you really care about yourself, you can workout anywhere , anytime .
  1. You could do leg raise while watching TV
  2. Stretch to touch your toes to improve flexibility while watching TV
  3. Do some ab crunch on your bed before you sleep
  4. Some push ups upon waking up in the morning
  5. Find a bag near you, stuff a few big books in and start working on your biceps/triceps
  6. And as many more as your imagination could take you 
Every little workout count. It is your 1st baby steps towards a healthier you , cheers !
