Start Slow To Succeed !

The key is to slowly change & adapt to your new healthier lifestyle while losing weight happen naturally. Not starve yourself silly, lose 5kg within 10days & totally compromise your health. Anyway, you will definitely gain it back & become fatter than before. This is very natural. This is how your body works (this is too tedious to write up)

Lose WeightCut calories intake by 200 max 300 a day. Weigh yourself in once a week. Be positive & stay that way. Never mind what people tells you, "no way you're gonna succeed" , "why should you lose weight ? you are what you are". These people are negative or they are equally as huge. And if you succeed, they'll stay huge alone.
